By creating an account or using HELLOVE you agree to these Terms. Have legal counsel review before final store submission.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You may not use HELLOVE if you are prohibited by law or previously banned. See our Child Safety & Age Verification Policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Provide accurate profile information. One person per account — no impersonation or shared accounts.

4. Verification & safety

We may require selfie or ID verification. Verification reduces risk but does not guarantee user conduct. Report concerns in-app or to support@hellove.co.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant HELLOVE a license to host, display, and process it to operate the service (including moderation and safety). You represent you have rights to the content you post.

7. Termination

You may stop using HELLOVE at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose safety risk, with or without notice where permitted.

8. Disclaimers

HELLOVE is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee matches, outcomes, or uninterrupted service. You interact with other users at your own risk. Always use caution when meeting people offline.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HELLOVE and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where HELLOVE is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted. The in-app Terms link points to this page.
