Account deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email support@hellove.co with the subject “Account deletion request.” See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. HELLOVE cannot process refunds directly — contact the store where you subscribed.
